My name is Jessie, and my path as a coach has been shaped by decades of lived experience as a Registered Nurse--walking with others through grief, transition, and healing, while doing my own deep inner work.  These moments have taught me that true resilience begins within, and the heart holds its own quiet intelligence.

My approach integrates holistic coaching and health education--grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and the power of presence.

Healing, and our best life, unfolds when we slow down, reconnect, and remember who we are.  My work is here to guide that return--gently, honestly, and with heart.
